Big Update 01.1 - Bugfixing and one more step

I did a small update to the game now - improving the interface by another step, and solving a major bug:

- Now Health Bars follow the player, instead of being fixed near Rifts.

- Rifts now display they own Health Bar, making it easier to track their HP

- Got rid of the panels to the right. The important information was HP, and now it is on the game itself

- Fixed the bug which didn't allowed for more than one SFX at a time
